Sending condolences for a funeral?
My family received a gift card from a nursery so we could go and get something to plant in memory of our loved one.
I thought it was a great gift instead of money. And felt it was very thoughtful too.

Reply:You can give them a gift card to a grocery store or a store like Walmart or Target. In this time of loss, many people have others to purchase things (toiletries, food items, etc.) that they need or many not have the money because so much of it is going to other things not expected during this time.
Reply:I don't know. I didn't get anything when my grandma died. I only got sympathy.
